The Sea You Concept Store delivers its products in the following ways

WITHIN GREECE

-Delivery that allows you to receive your goods within 3-5 business days for deliveries in Greece, with the courier company Geniki Taxydromiki (considering as starting date the date the goods have been shipped and not the date the order was placed, counting business days only).

– Your order will be prepared within the day you ordered it unless the product is out of stock, in which case it will be prepared within the following days and you will be notified.

Additional information can and will be given at any time for the confirmation of your purchase. Therefore, in order to avoid any delays, we kindly ask you to make your purchase using at least one active and vested e-mail address or phone number so  we can reach you at any given time.

Transportation cost is 5€ per product.

Delivery costs are on the client.

Free delivery for orders over 50€ in Greece.

OUTSIDE OF GREECE

-Delivery that allows you to receive your goods within 10 business days for orders outside of Greece and within the European Union, with the courier company Geniki Taxydromiki (considering as starting date the date the goods have been shipped and not the date the order was placed, counting business days only).

– Your order will be prepared within the day you ordered it unless the product is out of stock, in which case it will be prepared within the following days and you will be notified.

Additional information can and will be given at any time for the confirmation of your purchase. Therefore, in order to avoid any delays, we kindly ask you to make your purchase using at least one active and vested e-mail address or phone number so  we can reach you at any given time.

Transportation cost is 15€ per product.

Delivery costs are on the client.

Free Delivery is NOT available for orders outside of Greece.

The “Sea You Concept Store” is not responsible for delayed or lost packages from the courier’s part, however we are always available if you need to reach out for any information.

In case you do not receive your order in the abovementioned lead time, we will reach out to the courier company and check on all orders, which may take up to 15 days. During this period of time there can be no refunds or returns. If your package has not been delivered in those 15 days, your order will be cancelled and therefore if you have made your purchase with a credit or a prepaid card, you will receive a refund within a maximum of 10 days. In any other case of purchase, the way you will receive your refund will be settled over the phone or via e-mail, after all necessary identification processes. Under no circumstances is the abovementioned cancellation of your order a responsibility of our store (Sea You Concept Store).
