Delivery & Defective Products
With the delivery of your order you are required to check that the products correspond to your purchase and pinpoint any defects regarding the condition and size, or even any missing items. In such cases, contact us over the phone (+30 22970-28628) or through e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 15 days. Any requests outside this deadline will not be accepted and the Sea You Concept Store will not be held responsible, therefore it will be considered that you accept the items as they are in their delivery and no refunds/returns will be accepted.
Considering the abovementioned are abided by and the products are defective, they will need to be returned through the Geniki Taxydromiki courier company within a maximum of 15 days from the day they were delivered to you, to the following address: SEA YOU AEGINA, AIAKOU & SPIROY RODI, AEGINA, Zip Code: 18010, Tel.: 22970-28628. Delivery fees are in all cases charged on the client.
The return of the products will not be accepted unless it has been ascertained that they are defective and in their initial condition, with their original packaging. We inform you that a product is considered defective only if it cannot be worn/used, and not if it is different to what you expect from the pictures on our website. After the defective product has been delivered back to our store and we deem it unsuitable, we will come in contact with you within 15 days in order to receive a written statement (via e-mail or fax) of whether you would like for a refund or a replacement of your purchase with the same product or products of equal value.
For deliveries in Greece returns will be accepted within 15 days through the Geniki Taxydromiki courier company, on the clients charge.
You are required to send the product back in its initial condition without having removed any labels or tags, and you must include the receipt.
After that you will need to place a new order on our e-shop, choosing the product with which you wish to exchange your initial purchase, and leaving a note in the comments of your order that this is a return.
In case you request for a refund, please contact us through e-mail (email@example.com), mentioning your name, your order number and the IBAN in which you wish to receive your refund.
Cancellation of order
It is possible to cancel your order before it has been delivered. Cancellations are possible through telephone communication +30 22970-28628 or through e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org .
